"A three night stay at this hotel and their service truly blew me away. Pro-active and extremely considerate. As an example, I arrived late on Thursday evening and even though I had missed dinner they offered to bring to my room some food. It consisted of a large and delicious salad, a charcuterie plate with cheese, bread rolls and fruit. Then on the day of my departure, as I was leaving very early they offered me an early breakfast. "Our second Christmas at this hotel and we are not disappointed. We had a lovely relaxed stay and have been fed very well (half board). The thing that made our stay really special is the hotel’s staff. We can not praise them enough! Always smiling, friendly and happy to help. Few little extras from the hotel itself was a nice surprise as well (some Christmas treats, free mini bar etc)"

"Our stay at Rafa Nadal Residence was superb! Everything was amazing! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Facilities were exceptional! Buffet breakfast was also superb! The food were all delicious and lots of food and drink selections. Though the place is so big, its easy access to anywhere. Daily housekeeping was great too! They always ensured our room was clean and bed was organised when we get back. Overall, our stay was wonderful. "

"It's our 3rd time at Forn Nou and as promised before we will be back. We love the feel of it, the personal touch, Adrian, Marga and everyone there are just amaizing and working so hard for us to have a very nice holiday. The rooms are very cozy and comfortable, this time we went for HB knowing the quality of the fresh food. "Great location on the coast. Spa is a bonus which is free to use for guests. Not easy to go for a walk at night no path on the road. Good buffet breakfast lovely touch to have some bubbly on offer but smoked salmon once a week!!! Would recommend if you just want to chill and relax."

"Great hotel, very quiet and luxurious for a relaxed time. Staff are very nice & helpful. Just keep in mind that it’s in the middle of the forest, you’ll have alotta cockroaches in all sizes and one night there was a huge spider came in the casita was a bit scary."

"We stayed in a premium room for 3 nights. It was good value and had a fridge which was very welcome. It was clean and quiet with a nice balcony. Bed was fairly comfortable though not the best. Daily maid service was very good. Buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent with gourmet options. Parking wasn't too bad, round the block. Only slight disappointment were the patchy internet and lack of UK TV channels."

"Well located hotel close to main street in Cala Agulla. This hotel caters to a large German visitor base, so everything is in German and got are greeted in German by reception staff which is a little weird if you're not German like us. Good variety at breakfast however, we could hear chairs scraping across the floor below is from early morning as the breakfast room filled up (our suite room was directly above the breakfast room) so this didn't make for a relaxing lie-in. A great stay!

"Really enjoyed my stay and this was my first time going away by myself! Helpful and friendly staff made my experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible! A lady at reception helped organise my shuttle home which was really kind. Food was fresh and tasty, not as many options as other all inclusive buffets I have had but the food was really nice. Good selection of all inclusive drinks. Some you do have to pay for. Nice outdoor area with good sun coverage throughout the day. My main criticism of the stay is the rooms aren’t soundproofed very well and you can hear neighbours TV, closing the heavy curtains and talking. The bed is a little uncomfy and the pillows are hard (but some people might like that) Other than that the room had everything I could want and it was pleasant. Would recommended this hotel if you are visiting Cala Millor. "

Excellent Hotel

"This is a great hotel. Food is excellent with a great variety of food for all tastes. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Staff are all excellent, so well trained, polite and with a great concept of customer service at the heart of all interactions. The pool area, while a little small, is very clean and well maintained. We particularly enjoyed the aqua gym each day. We had a lovely view of the pool and sea from our balcony. Beds are very comfortable and only complaint was that room was a little small for 2 adults and 1 12 yr old child, with limited storage for clothes etc. Apart from that we had a lovely holiday in this very well managed hotel! Cala Millor is a nice safe resort, with a lovely prom, a beach which is rocky in parts and nice bars, restaurants and shops in town. "
