"The room was very nice and clean. The staff(man at the counter)was super nice. The tv and phone was a problem. The tv needed programming the phone worked but u could callout but could not hear me. Staff call to help with the questions. "

"Property was new and very clean it is located walking distance from a Mexican restaurant and very close to lots of attractions and shopping. All the staff was friendly and helpful breakfast was wonderful with lots of options to choose from. The breakfast host Svitlana was so sweet and did everything she could to take care of our needs. Over all it was a wonderful weekend Birthday trip "

"We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Sevierville Convention Center. The location of our hotel was a quick 15-20 minutes and closed to a plethora of restaurants. Our room was spacious, the fridge was 3/4 size, and we appreciated having dishwater, silverware, and glasses. I appreciated the blackout shade and the friendliness of the staff. One area of improvement would been the soft was of the bed and pillow. I’m not saying it was on the level of a waterbed, but it was close. "

"Loved this place! Very clean! Very nice staff! Will definitely be back! The only complaint I had was the pool was way too hot! The indoor pool was between 90-100 degrees and not refreshing at all after getting out of the hot tubs! I definitely don’t like a cold pool but this one was hot! Other guests made the same comments! Everything else was wonderful!!"

"Personnel are gracious, very patient with lots of children in the resort, and highly knowledgeable about the surrounding tourist sites. Rooms are cozy, with lush holiday decorations that inspire a nostalgic Christmas experience. Breakfast offers abundant choices including custom omelets. So much fun here!"

"My only issue is you shouldn’t pay let’s say 200 for a room, then 10 or whatever to park, and then pay for the breakfast bar and whatever else you’re wanting to do, some of those luxurys should be just that, a luxury, included in your stay. Just seems gauged."
