"Will never EVER CONSIDER staying here again and I will never advise family or friends to come to this property. Poor communication, no cable no pool no remote for the TV. The television that they did have was broken doors open and shut all night by themselves or the wind. If you let them tell it you have to bring your own tissue. You have to bring your own Wi-Fi for Internet fire stick you had to bring your own trash bags, Netflix it was not up to par for anything other than having a roof over...

"The surprise in the name checks out. Surprise- no pool, surprise very dirty.. bathroom disgusting. Furniture dirty and disgusting. Not comfortable at all. Ants and knots all throughout the kitchen. Location horrible have to pay $60 to go to nearest store and no one delivered . "

"The property is situated in a good location, I felt safe and secure inside and outside. The house is well maintained and having a solid built feel to it. Theres as nice open park area on the right hand side over the road as the house is at the end of the street. Its well lit which is good at night. "Overall great experience especially since this was a last minute booking. Secure location. Private but central. Access to private members beach which is a very short drive away is an added bonus. Modern accommodation. Hosts very friendly and willing to make your stay as comfortable as needed. Would most certainly return. "

I never had any issues asking for clarity, how to get around, and there was staff close by at anytime I needed anything. The communication couldn’t have been better. "S Hotel was a nice vibe ,enjoyed my stay. If you are looking for a party type all inclusive resort than its not that ,but they do have activites throughout the day. . 3 speciality restuarants on property an Italian, Jamican and seafood restuarant open for dinner only and they require reservations.They seem to always be booked. These restuarants are not open every day or have the same day every week that they are open. You have to go to the desk to ask what dinner restaurant is open and see if reservation is available... that's the only negative I have to say. There is a breakfast,lunch and dinner buffet open with variety of food options.Bar was open from 11am to 10pm. If you want premium liquor than thats an additional cost not included in all inclusive. There is a grill open throughout the day for pool and beach goers at Doctor Cave.The property is well kept you always see people cleaning and maintaence being done. The room was was very nice and spacious well decorated. The staff were friendly and service was great can't complain. Would definitely choose S hotel again."
