"The staff were awesome. They helped make our stay more welcoming and comfortable. Just a few things though about the rooms, our first room, the main door had problems closing and opening but thanks to the staff who paid attention and resolved it straight away and gave us a new room. However the new room, the sliding door to the balcony wasnt functioning well it was hard to fully open it and close. We didnt mind it, but for future references it'll be nice to have it fixed.
