Wish I had booked this place on my way north to Prudhoe Bay instead of staying at the Springhill Suites which cost twice the money. The apt I got at the North Star was larger and had a full kitchen even though I only used the frig and microwave. Much nicer.

Really really love this place. We will stay here again. Only and I mean only issue we had is that the walls are thin! However neighbors were quiet and polite when you would see them outside. This a place I will tell my friends to consider to stay during their vacation.

Everything the listing said it was. Clean, decorated nicely, VERY comfortable bed. It was nice to have a fully equipped kitchen and table/chairs to sit and eat. Had a chance to do laundry downstairs on day 14 of our 3 week trip. Host checked in with us about an hour after we arrived to make sure everything was to our liking and if we needed anything...and VERY attentive to any questions.

While the surrounding properties were typical in Fairbanks, the accommodations at North Star were great. The owners were attentive, reaching out throughout my stay, to make sure all was well. The rooms were clean, comfortable and tastefully designed. The king size bed was so welcoming and comfortable as well…I would book this bnb again, simply for the great night’s sleep. TY North Star😊
