    Fabulous views

    Recommend parking in Magdalen Street car park (by the Mecure Hotel) free parking from 6 pm to 8 am (alternative parking in St Mary Arches was expensive). I was surprised at the large number of apparent homeless people gathering in Cathedral Yard right outside of the apartment, quite loud and drinking from first thing in the morning until very late at night and begging for money as you enter end leave the apartment. The Cote Brasserie practically next door was too convenient and offered great food until late. Very well appointed apartment, with everything to have prepared food if we'd chosen to. But what a great view to wake up and go to sleep on. The apartment is on the top floor with the slowest lift so keeping fit climbing the stairs was the preferred choice. Awesome city, and a great base to visit God's own county.
