"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

"Host was difficult to reach. We never received check in information. We had to call the property owner twice and Travel Nest three times over several hours to get the information. Listing also says the house house has a washer and dryer, but there is no dryer. "

"We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend, great location, spotlessly clean, loved the special little touches, tea, coffee, biscuits, cereal and even milk and cold water in the fridge. The kitchen was well equipped, extremely impressed, cooked meals and had everything I needed. "Would recommend Executive rooms. Restaurant prices excessive with service charge added. Oxford similar to London Prices. Quality of breakfast items could be better for a Marco Pierre restaurant. Everything rushed and seemed more staff required. Otherwise I would recommend having stayed here several times as Barcelona/Jurys and now Leonardo Royal. "

Really enjoyable relaxing stay

"We had a really nice relaxing break. In fact to point that i may book every few months to get a break. Could do with a few more staff in the bar, but the breakfast was excellent. Room a good size and very comfortable. The evening restaurant food was very good as well and service excellent. Check in was quick and simple. The hotel offered everything we needed. It was a very hot weekend so air con in rooms would have been good. But the air con in the bar and restaurant was perfect. "

Wonderful family stay

"2 night family stay with my wife and 2 young kids which was a treat for our 13th year old daughters birthday weekend which we combined with a trip to LEGOLAND. Check in was quick and easy. The room was amazing which the girls loved, especially a “big” bed to themselves. We used the indoor swimming pool on both days which was a good treat for all. Breakfast was amazing with so much food. Plenty of parking with a quick and easy check out. We will definitely be back!!!"

"The hotel was more than you could ask for, clean, quiet, reasonably priced food and drink. Rooms and bed was spacious and comfortable. Spa and pool were lovely… The shredded duck pizza was something I’ve never had and it was amazing!! All round on everything it’s 10/10 from me!!!"
