"Staff were just amazing. Great location in Ghent, close to most must see. We have stayed in several NH Collections in Europe and all have been great. However, staff in Ghent really made the difference in our stayed. All staff go above and beyond from check in to any request. It was my husband bday the second day of our stay and Hadi coordinated many special details for us to celebrate. Kuddos to Hadi for making our stay so special. We will definitely stay here again and/or recommend this hotel...

"This is a cute hotel, the staff is veey nice. The rooms have just enough space. The bathroom is nice but the lighting to apply makeup is not good at all, even with the magnifying mirror. Its located across to the bus/tram station. We were avle to walk in the evening, as durinf the day we were in a conference. But got to walk around the city, enjoy somw chocolate and shopping. I would stay here again. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is very comfortable and in a perfect location. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent and there are lots of very good dining options. Bike hire is a good option if you’d like to explore the area around Bruges as well as the city itself. "
