The carpets were dirty and was initially 78 degrees in the room. Wifi did not work so you couldn't watch the TV. Had to have a staff member come in and turn air on. Staff not friendly, did the minimum. Breakfast was very good, better than typical hotel breakfast. It was average. Ok for the price.

Our overall stay was pleasant. The location is pretty close to many shopping centers and restaurants. The staff was friendly. Our room was clean and ready early which was super convenient! There was plenty of parking space. My only complaint was that the walls are very thin and at night I was woken up a couple of times by people talking pretty loudly. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel!

When I booked the room, the site stated a noon checkout time, but when we got to the property, they had signage stating 11 checkout time. We needed that extra time that was falsely advertised. Coffee maker was broken, exhaust fan, and there is a lot of traffic noise.

We arrived before a horrible snow/ice storm that pretty much shut Evansville down. Barb was exceptional. She talked with us every morning and checked to make sure everything was ok. Jenna provided us directions to the hospital to visit our sister. Would recommend this hotel. The only thing that wasn't great was the plug ins on the lamps between the beds. They would not hold a charge so we could charge our devices. There were other plugins we used but they were not as convenient.
