The staff are very respectful and accommodating, so I'm sure if I used I would have received these. Overall 4/5 experience. Just note, the hotel is at the bottom of a hilly area, so some people may have trouble getting down there, especially with luggage."

Any issues I had they were quick to fix them, booking taxis, technical issues, orders etc. the hotel is in a quiet location with 5 minute access to places like Vadi Istanbul shopping mall. The apartment rooms are very stylish and spacious with everything you need, I would definitely recommend staying here especially if it will be for a long time "
