"Lovely hotel in a perfect location right next to a shopping centre and food court. All of the staff were lovely other than one man (unfortunately didn’t get his name but he had brown hair and a face like thunder) other than him the staff were all happy to help and extremely accommodating for all needs. The bars within the hotel were expensive which we did expect but it was nice to be able to go there. Unfortunately the cleaning staff did wake us at 8am on our first morning as we forgot to put...
