"Comfy beds are important and they had them. I have stayed in many places where beds hurt me and I slept miserable. Would stay here on any visit. Building is older.... but things were clean. There was a dispensary in the lot. I didn't know that when I booked room. Maybe the same owners? Wasn't expecting that when we pulled in. It was a no smoking property. We ate breakfast elsewhere. There was packaged breakfast things offered to guests. Quiet. Safe. Easy parking. "

"Great service- nice folks. Older property. Smaller beds. Jacuzzi suite has no shower- just jacuzzi with shower head hose in bathroom. There is a decent fridge and microwave. In the summer a pool. Super clean, just older furniture. "

"The renovation being done here makes the rooms amazing. We were blessed to have the “penthouse” room. On the outside, it’s a cement building they have renovated, but on the inside, it was SOOOO spacious with everything we needed. For the price and convenience, there’s not a better room in Eureka Springs. Love this place! "

"The place is old as are many buildings in the area so that’s a given. The room was kind of clean but the bathroom needed a good cleaning. Aside from that the stay was ok thankfully only overnight is long enough. "

"Would definitely recommend the hotel for the price and what was offered and close to downtown. The staff was friendly the breakfast was very nice. Sure there was a need for updating within the hotel room, but given the price and how people can be hard on a room it was great. We would return. Loved the outside of the property for Christmas. "

"Check in was great, easy, and very informative; I forget the name of the girl who helped us. The server in the skybar was awesome and friendly, she offered a great customer service. Not so happy with the bartender; blond, fit guy with a beard. Earlier I had a few drinks at the bar and, for some reason, he decide to include the service fee to my check although I was only one person; I understand you usually add this to bigger parties. Maybe because I shared I was from another country, not sure I still left more a little more tips on top of what he added. Our server Erin for breakfast was awesome, very helpful, friendly, and efficient. I hope this is helpful; this is my third time in this hotel and I always have a good time. "
