"We booked a premium room but the room given was completely different to the photos provided. Address was different to what was given on here. Had to wait over an hour for check in time evenknow we arrived within check in time. When we asked about the room being premium we were ignored. On boat staff were fine and accomodating which is the reason I didnt give a lower rating. We ended up booking another place for the second night because we were so disappointed. "

"What a wonderful place, very beautiful and relaxing. Accommodation absolutely top notch, staff even better. Having stayed in several highly rated 5 star hotels during our month long tour of India we felt this to be the best. If you're looking for the backwater experience in true comfort and style then this gives you that. We hired a day boat which picked us up from the bottom of the garden. "Comfortable room and nice staff. Food was very good, they had a buffet with a variety of different curries and you could also order from the menu for those that were not keen on curry so catered for all. I would recommend this hotel if you are travelling in this area "

"Ideal break for a couple or family of 4 or a small group of friends. Great food, great service, great rooms. It is a wellness centre, very peaceful, right on the backwaters of Kerala. Very good value for money. Can improve in choice of TV programmes as most are in local language."
