"The property is beautiful and plentiful. We were situated near an on property bar/restaurant which played live music until 2300-2330 followed by loud drunken guests. It made sleeping impossible and had we stayed longer would have definitely requested a room change. Other than that the property is beautiful. "

"Nice lodging units. We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit. The exteriors looks amazing. The interiors are awesome. The kitchen had everything you need, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The pool looked amazing. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Many people were in resort for long stay and repeated customers. They had their own restaurant but were not far away from downtown full of restaurants and shopping. "

"Good chain hotel comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Full of golfers - think Clarkson meets Paul Merson but they were all well behaved. A few minutes walk to marina of Vilamoura and a selection of steak houses, Chinese and massage parlours. Ideal for lads golfing tip I would."

"Family of 3 had an amazing time at the property. Really well impressed with the kitchen gadgets provided. Some board games available too which were a plus. Property had dishwasher, washing machine and heating. Will certainly book my next year’s annual visit to the Algarve at the Balaia Golf Village Resort."

"Great place for a relaxing break. There are good facilities available, 4 pools, 2 good restaurants and a convince store. The accommodation is very spacious and well kept. Its about 25 mins walk from the town centre, along a well lite pathway. "

"Before we even got through the front gate the bell was out of order and you had to phone to gain access. It took 3 calls before we got through The room was very noisy in the evening and the balcony chairs plastic When we had tea on the main bars patio/balcony the receptionist closed the door and we were left locked out There wasn’t even an egg cup in our superior room Enough said "

"The hotel was in a perfect spot for us, two middle age gents over for the weekend playing some golf. Close enough to the old town craziness for a drink and some food but not on your doorstep. It is also in the perfect spot to pick up the main road and get to the courses. We never waited more than 2min for an Uber. The hotel itself was clean and the breakfast buffet served its purpose. "Great hotel overall. We stayed a week in February in a room with ocean view. The room had a nice view and good size. Breakfast was delicious. Indoor pool was always warm and gym was well equipped. The spa is great too. The beach is one of the nicest in Portugal. While there are several restaurants nearby, there's not too much variation and food is relatively expensive. Would definitely stay again."

"We stayed for two nights. The hotel feels new and the rooms are spotless and spacious. Easy to walk a few blocks to the waterfront train station and historic center. Kitchen was well equipped. We were in top floor one bedroom with nice balcony sitting area and peek views of the water. A very comfortable stay. "

Awesome hotel with the best breakfast ever!

"We really loved our stay here. It is centrally located yet quiet, and the rooftop terrace was fabulous, offering great views of the sunset, and the spa was a welcome benefit. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The best thing was the breakfast where you could get everything and anything including all the classics, but also chia seed pudding, freshly made eggs royale, eggs florentine, crepes, and of course, warm pastéis de nata. We would definitely return."
