We love the features of this hotel the most. The pool and hot tub room, the open restaurant layout, the fire pits with marshmallow kits, keep us coming back. It seems the transition to new ownership went really well. Be prepared for loud neighbors if you sleep next to the pool. All rooms are well cared for

Overall I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is close to attractions like Estes lake, downtown, restaurants, etc. The room was nice and clean. The bed and pillows and comfy. Nice water pressure in the shower. It’s pet friendly with convenient dog areas. The lobby has cute hangout areas. The staff are nice and helpful. The TV in my room wasn’t working and they sent someone up immediately to address. I don’t eat at the onsite restaurant but was glad to know it was there in case I wanted to. I would stay here again.

The lobby smelled delicious. The facilities were great including the pool which had super cool lights. Unfortunately, we had super loud neighbors. A dog who wouldn’t stop barking, and the neighbor family who screamed at each other at all hours. The walls were too thin!

Great experience! Friendly staff, very responsive to requests. Hotel was very clean, as was the room. Breakfast bar was excellent, but the nicest touch was the free S'more kit they gave us at check-in so we could make them at the outdoor firepit area. Very cool!
