"Our cottage Castaways is a bit rustic but have all the basic things and is comfortable. They had some issues with water supply due to island wide outage, but it was fixed within a day. "The location of this property was great. The shoreline was 10-15 yards from our patio. The beach is stony and was best if I wore water shoes. The swimming pool was good, but we used it only once as beaches were so accessible. We had a rental car, which was needed for us to get around and to explore the island. "We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay near the downtown or ferry/seaplane port. Natalie was very welcome and accommodating. The rooms were clean, roomy with AC and a small kitchenette. It also included a light continental breakfast. Thank you for being such gracious hosts. "

"The condo was in j great condition, the grounds are beautiful! The pool was great and private but If you want to use the beach don’t book due to no water access. They have a beautiful view but the seaweed is bad and in no rain times it smells horrific. "

"This location was perfect as a getaway for couples. However, the online pictures are from when the property was renovated 2 years ago. It appears since that time, there has been limited groundskeepers. Of the three shown beach areas, only one was not over run by grass, weeds and debris making them not usable. The resort didn’t even bother to put chairs out anymore. The beach third area was limited and it was not because of washed up sea grass. Sidewalks, parking areas and other outdoor spaces...

"King Christian has been nicely remodeled. It has the best spot on the harbor facing its sister property on Protestant Cay. We enjoyed two nights here and found the room and facilities to be really nice and right in the middle of the action in Christiansted. We would stay here again"

Divi Carina Bay All Inclusive Beach Resort & Casino

"I just spent a week here and was pretty much on my own and the whole staff was amazing each one took time to make sure that everything I needed or wanted was there for me. The property was beautiful. I felt very safe wandering around all by myself, the food was good and I met many many friends. I will definitely be coming back to this property. I wish I had everybody’s name and could post it in here, but everyone on the staff was amazing"

"Victoria House is a boutique hotel in downtown Frederiksted, right across from the water. The hotel is eclectic, beautiful and relaxing and it felt like home. Each room is special and welcoming. There is a small wading pool surrounded by nice pool chairs and tables. On site there is a bar called Ruff Night, run by a dog rescue and adoption group. Some days puppies are there! There is also a restaurant on site, separate from the hotel, but so convenient. “Flyers” has amazing food cooked by Chef Joe Smith who had such a good menu I ate there four times! I can’t say enough about Brian, the manager of the hotel. Before I even arrived, we corresponded and he had introduced me to a couple of local people who could help me with my ancestry mission. He made me feel like family. I can’t wait to go back! "
