"The owner is very communicative, the apartment is nice but not well-maintained. There is a washing machine, but no dryer. The kitchen is not well-equipped (had to start the stove with matches, no oil/salt). The breakfast arrives to the front door, it wasn't fresh but they provided us with eggs as we requested."

"Esquel was a nicer town than expected. The administrator made the check-in personally and was very helpful and friendly. Property is in excellent condition. Coffee and tea was provided (coffee maker in room). Heating was perfect. Actually the room (more like a cabin than just a loft) was heated before our arrival, so it was already warm and cozy"
