"Veronica was an amazing host, she sat me down and showed me on a map everything I needed to see in my 2.5 days in Porto. The apartment had great amenities including fridge, stove top, iron, and a great shower. There was complimentary wine and espresso which you don’t realize how great it is until you have it. I can’t believe the price to stay in this place. Amazing. "

"We loved our stay at Condes de Azevedo Palace. The staff were amazing, the building quite interesting and the apartment perfect for our needs. The location was also very good for our needs. Very central, easy walking or train to anywhere we needed to go. Also close enough to the river. Just overall a great experience. We can't wait to go back."

"The rooms are clean and nice. All furniture looks pretty good and has a decently equipped kitchen. The bed is comfortable; though, the pillows aren’t. It is not particularly noisy; but you can hear everything from the rooms above or below. "

"Excellent apartment 2 minutes from the historic harbour. Great location. Room had all we needed to make snacks and store water and wine in the fridge. Handy to have dishwasher, too. Staff were very helpful and I would highly recommend these apartments."

"Enjoyed the Hotel and the staff. Room was nice, except bed on the firm side. Service was good except for deceptive advertising about 17:00 to 19:00 Happy Hour at the front of the Hotel. My wife and I made a point to visit the bar during that time and each enjoyed a single cocktail. To our dismay the price was over 31 euros! "Excellent position very central for everything There are are couple of negatives and it’s in the rooms The tv is suspended from the ceiling on a pole and you have to duck when going to the bathroom so in the middle of the night it could be dangerous Also no sockets except by the bed making make up hard as also no mirror by the desk or socket These could be rectified simply The staff were excellent Luis helped a lot Excellent service also from the rest of the staff"

"Beautiful property right by the river. The customer service is excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very impressive. We especially enjoyed Vinology with the port tasting and river views. The restaurant bar was equally excellent and bartender Raquel Santos went way above and beyond in providing a personalized experience.She explained the mixology of different cocktails, variety of Portuguese wines the region prides itself of, etc. Our room was very comfortable and the views from our window of the river and unique architecture of the buildings across in the district of Gaia was fantastic.
