"Had an issue with shower waste pipe not draining. On notifying reception they immediately looked at and changed my room. Good work from staff!!!

The spa bath is a good size, but the jets need to be way stronger to have any ‘spa’ effect. It was my only disappointment but was the main reason for booking."
