"Things needed to be fixed! WiFi did not work utter entire time, tvs did not work. Spoke to the host on multiple occasions yet no one came to fix the problem. Towels look disgusting, staff was not friendly, don’t think u would stay here again. "

"Excellent service and staff. The breakfast buffet its really good. Our favorite part is the smoothie /Juice station, Diana makes the best smoothies. The have a large fruit variety to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel. Worth the $$$$ Also the taxi drivers outside the hotel are very helpful and will take you any where in the city. "

"Beautiful property. It was our refuge each day. The pool was so nice and such a great break from all the vendors on the beach while still getting the ocean view. Our room was clean. It was perfect. My only advice is to stay away from Playa CastilloGrande. We got scammed by guys there giving us a ride to Tierra Bomba, particularly Playa Linda. Don't do it..no matter how nice they are when selling. You won't experience the samw niceness when they bring you back and ask for double or triple the money. Of course that's not related the hotel. Our stay there was spectacular. "
