"Great hotel for a week skiing La Clusaz, the hotel has its own vehicle to transfer you to one of the 2 lifts or the Tour Village bus passes every 10 mins. Spa is excellent with ice cave, sauna, rain shower and small pool, also a relaxation room with herbal teas. "The location is very rural and quiet. The hotel rooms are fine however the bathrooms are dated. Our room and our friends room had hairs all over the bathroom floor and in the bath so it was not clean enough. We had booked the restaurant for dinner and it was not busy when we arrived. "I begrudgingly offer a glowing review, begrudgingly because it will make this wonderful hotel a little bit more popular and a little bit more expensive. However, the staff are excellent, very hard working and extremely professional, and they deserve to be praised. The rooms and the spa (free for one guest for a two hour slot, extra for second guest) are also excellent. Ski lifts and multiple bars/restaurants are a short walk away. However, the restaurant in the hotel is also definitely worth visiting. I left my gloves in the bar, I cannot collect them so please treat them well. "

"Needs daily cleaning especially emptying the bins in the room. No lift so it was difficult to carry luggages to the third floor. Very limited time opening with reception. You need to be in Bossonet before 7:45 pm to catch the last village bus back to the hotel if you are in the village. They serve good food options at a very reasonable price."
