"This was our first stay and we really enjoyed it. We were a family of 3 and had a double and pullout / sofa bed. The air conditioning was very effective and the room very quiet. The swimming pool facilities are fantastic and a real highlight of a stay. We'd have appreciated longer hours for our kid to be able to use the indoor pool (perhaps lunchtime when the pool is a lot emptier). I'd suggest relaxing the hours in off-season also. "Petite erreur par le gérant qui m’avait noté sur le planning le lendemain. Heureusement la chambre était tout de même disponible. La chambre na pas pu être prête avant 21h /21h30. Le lieu est magnifique. Le petit déjeuné manqué de « protéine » comme des œufs par exemple et ou des flocons d’avoine à la place de céréales traditionnelles. "

"When we arrived at 5.00pm on Sunday afternoon the hotel was deserted. Automatic check-in machine! If someone had been at reception we would have asked to change our room,particularly as the place appeared practically empty, because our shower head bracket was broken so had to be hand held for the entire stay. Also being sited on the 2nd floor was difficult for us as we are both over 70 and have both had hip surgery. We enjoyed our continental breakfast each day and our swim in the nice private...

"It was a great location good cheap buses to town every 15 minutes . Lots of nice food right there . The room we had with a third bed for child - the room was way too small for this and hot and stuffy , ok as a double - not ok as a family room . No air con so very hot in heat wave but at least nice opening window .downstairs and pool area very nice …pay for a balcony I should have it would have been much better . "

"Hotel right on the sea front with lovely sea and harbour views. 1.6klms (1 mile) walk from the city center. Nice walk but a long way if you are not a good walker and I wouldn't want to walk through the park alone at night. The front terrace was nice with sun lounger and table and chairs. Large comfy bed with tv, kettle, hairdryer. No air con, but a fan in the room. Didn't have breakfast but was charged for it on arrival so had to ask them to take it off our bill at the end. The breakfast looked good with croissants, cake, bread meats cheese cereal. We only had a coffee, but it wasn't very nice. No bar so you have to order drinks etc from reception. There is a little cafe close by"

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and the experience was made exceptional thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. Special mention goes to Barbara at the reception desk. She was incredibly helpful during our check-in, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Barbara went above and beyond, providing excellent recommendations for sightseeing and helping us find all the information we needed to make the most of our visit. Her friendly and professional demeanor truly set the tone for our stay. In addition to Barbara's fantastic service, Yuri and Anton at the bar also deserve high praise. They were both incredibly welcoming and provided top-notch service throughout our time at the hotel. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness made our evenings at the bar a delightful experience. Overall, the staff at this hotel made our stay memorable with their exceptional service and genuine hospitality.
