"The room was amazing very clean, comfortable and modern. The bed was very comfy. The shower was walk in and very hot. The view from our room shown the river and was very beautiful to look at The only thing about the room was the road traffic noise you could hear. The pub itself was very busy and the breakfast was really good. We also had a meal and that was brilliant too. The staff was very helpful and really informative. Would recommend a stay here."

"Great value for money, and highly recommended! Fantastic architecture and history. Excellent staff - always polite, friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean throughout. Great breakfast, which is cheaper if booked the day before. The only negative was the evening meals; very limited choice, only served in the bar area despite a beautiful dining room in the building. "Skin on" fries were thin oven chips. Perhaps a wider selection and the dining room are available at weekends? "
