"This is a small apartment. The bed was a double bed but with a twin size comforter. Kitchen equipment is locked away and can be used for 20CHF. Hair dryer was also 20 CHF. There is a bus stop right outside the building, getting around was easy. It is a 15 min walk from the Stadium which is why I chose it but I wouldn't chose it again. "

"Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."

"The address listed is not the address you'll be staying in. It's a big company that has a bunch of properties under vision apartments. That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival. There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand. "They were very responsive and immediate in communicating the door codes. Going in and out worked smoothly. Decent interior condition, but soft bed. Somewhat dark. Noise, distant smoke, and cooking smells from other tenants or people outside can drift into units."

But before I got all the information to get in etc ., it is a nice place ., but we were 6 3 adults and 3 teens ., as soon as I do the booking I put this complete information (6 Total) ., we don’t have enough beds to sleep that was an issue ,. "I am 72 years old and was traveling alone. This is my first trip to Zürich. I was very pleased with this property. It is my first time to stay in an apartment, instead of a hotel. The decor is minimalist. The bathroom was clean and functional and had a nice shower. The location is excellent, there are many walkable attractions of Zürich nearby. I always felt safe in this location. Chicken was remarkably easy and clever. Seminar, checking out was a snap."

"Very easy tram access to all important tourist areas. Grocery on the corner. Very comfortable and relatively affordable."

"Property was rather spartan, not even a bottle opener in the cutlery. And the apartment had a strong smell of stale smoke particularly on one bedroom. The response from management was very rapid but the provision of a reed diffuser did little to assuage the issue despite best intentions. Surprisingly no attempt to refund a portion due to this was proffered."

"The room was small with a balcony that had view to nowhere. but the room was very clean, beds were comfy and the bathroom was big and very clean. The kitchenette with dish washing machine and microwave made the room a cozy and handy place to stay."

"Great location in a historical building. Walkable to grocery and the lake/river tourist area. The building common area is a bit dated but look interesting if you like historical building. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace. The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan. The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area....

"We really enjoyed our two night stay here. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is so convenient to everything to see in the old town. We could walk to everything and could pay to park the car in a space at the front of the hotel during our stay. This was a much cheaper option to the nearby parking stations. They also had a service to have clothes washed and returned same day at a nearby laundry which was very helpful for us. Would definitely stay again if I visit Lucerne again"
