"I am not sure what genius designer decided to create a hotel room without a separate bathroom. Basically if you like to perform natural bodily functions without a trace of privacy, then this is a hotel for you. This brand is supposed to be luxury, but I guess that's not the case in Europe. The sink is right in the middle of the room, which seriously cuts the living space. It's way too expensive for what it is"

"We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The staff were courteous and helpful. A nice atmosphere and convenient location. We stayed in one of the renovated rooms by the park which was very comfortable, spacious, and quiet. There are plenty of places to relax around the property. It was the perfect way to visit and explore Strasbourg while also getting a château experience. "

The facility was replacing it's hot water heater during our stay, we were called earlier in the day and advised we'd have no hot water, were offered free breakfast for the inconvenience. It's mid-summer so a quick, cold shower was acceptable. When asked, the front desk attendant advised us on how best to get to downtown Strasbourg by driving the short distance to Gare Hoenheim, parking for 4.20 Euro (4,20) which allowed up to 7 to take Tram B to...
