"The hotel is clean and in a great location for getting into Palma/the airport. Room was big and overlooking the pool. Lots of choice for food, however, the setup of the street food dining area downstairs needs more staff/explanation of how it works. Also, one day we waited 1hour for lunch at the Oceana restaurant and staff were openly stressed and unhappy. Entertainment staff were lovely, others need to be a bit more aware of customer service. All in all a good stay and would come back! 😊"

"Great location and found the staff on reception and in general all week to be excellent and helpful - great that there are a couple of blocks and options in terms of pool areas and bars - only slight issue we found is lifts and waiting - because of the split between buildings and separate lifts for getting to beach and main pool, you often have to wait for multiple trips for lift whixh are also really small so if you have a baby and pram like we did you cant fit or share with others so often had...

"The resort was lovely. There was unfortunately one front desk staff member who was rude all week to us and I feel she may be better suited for a position that does not interact with customers. The remainder of the front staff were very friendly and welcoming all week. I wish there would have been more of a variety of food options.
