"Honestly really shocked at these reviews! This hotel is totally worth the amount you are paying. Got locked out of the hotel and they were quick to answer a very late night phone call to help us out. While it does get pretty warm in the rooms, I have had troubles with this in every place I’ve stayed as it is so hot right now. "A gem of an hotel conveniently situated within all of the attractions of old town Alcudia. Spotlessly clean, fantastic breakfasts, attentive but unobtrusive hosts. We had the room with private plunge pool which was a fabulous feature much enjoyed. Highly recommended!"

"We loved this hotel. We feel lucky we found this hotel in the walled part of Alcùdia. We are cyclists and not interested in staying along the beach. The staff was very accommodating in providing bike storage and anyone we talked to were extremely nice and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and quiet."

"Warm and welcoming reception on arrival. Gorgeous room with a nice comfy bed. Room was spotlessly clean. Lovely toiletries in bathroom and Nespresso machine for coffees etc. Breakfast was also excellent. We opted for the croissants which were yummy. "The hotel is perfectly positioned. Literally a walk across the road to the beach. Breakfast was fantastic. We ate there twice in the evening; which again was truly great. Enjoyed the pasta & tapas menu. Loved the free access to coffee and tea all day. Environmentally friendly with option to fill up water bottles etc. Although the rooms are on the small side. "I can’t say enough about how much we LOVED this place… we had a fantastic stay… we got a room with a sea view balcony and it was fabulous! The spa pool, sauna, steam room are wonderful… I wished the water in the pool was warmer, but no biggy… the pool areas, 2 others, are set in great locations, the one across the street has wonderful plants, sun visits, gazebos available… we went at the end of October so we always had one available…the water was too cold, but again, no biggy, I know it would be...

"Couldn’t have a better position in a beautiful town full of much entertainment for tourists. Art, architecture, gastronomy and mountains. Friendly local people probably awaiting the low season! The hotel was comfortable, modern and very clean and staff attentive, but the room was small for two and minimalist in its offerings. "

"Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfaat is decent with enough choices. Room is spacious only problem waa the mosquitos."

"The hotel was friendly and clean, the staff were helpful. The room was well aid out and spacious this particular room did not have a proper shower tray with a door or a towel rail which would have been better. The balcony view of this room was to the rear of the hotel no pleasant gardens or anything just views out over residential properties and the car park which can be a little noisy at times with cars and dogs barking etc. "

"We really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the beach is amazing, the water can be very calm or it can have some waves it depends on the weather how windy is, breakfast was very good you’ll find something to eat as well for dinner, AC in the room was not great and also the rooms will need some remodeling, you’ll need to bring your own towel to go to the beach, also at the beach you can rent 2 chairs and an umbrella for 18.15 euros per day, plenty good places to eat and grab some snacks, we loved Can Picafort, very good for families."
