Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
A l'arrivée, nous avons constaté que l'hôtel était fermé pour cause de travaux importants. Aucune information sur la porte close. Pas de réponse au N° de tel. de l’hôtel. Nous avons du chercher sur place un autre hôtel. Réclamation a été introduite à hotels.com pour un remboursement. A part un accusé de réception, aucune réaction du service client de hotels.com (13 jours après). A éviter !
