"When we arrived we were treated like VIP'S. We immediately had a room upgrade and given free parking for the night. The breakfast was the best I've ever had, well presented and prepared. The swimming pool was lovely and clean and although the jacuzzi was only warm to begin with it was hot after a short swim. Thank you "

"The staff were really really helpful and friendly both at check in and in the restaurant. The room was clean and contained everything you could need, however the bed was like a trampoline. Also at 12.30 in the morning there was terrible banging and thumping for nearly half an hour which woke us up and kept us awake. I think it was from a nearby room where they were thumping on the door. Also some of the other guests were not well mannered. While I appreciate that this is beyond the hotel’s jurisdiction it did detract from the quality of the stay."

"The food was delicious and a fair price for what you get. The kitchen opening times could be a bit better but overall it was great. The staff are lovely, especially Anora. She went above and beyond for us and was great with our 7yo. The beds were very comfortable and the family room we had was a good size for our long weekend away. The only downside to the room was that there was no extractor fan in the bathroom so the room got very warm when someone had a shower/ bath. There was air conditioning though which helped a bit. We were there for a wedding and it was absolutely beautiful. I couldn't fault the staff that were working it at all. I would recommend staying here. The building was beautiful and in a great location "
