"This hotel is located in the heart of the Altstadt (Old City) area of Zurich. As such, it is surrounded by historical buildings and lots of architectural eye candy. The area is obviously touristy, so prices are higher, but there are many dining and shopping options nearby. The hotel is nicely appointed. The rooms are clean, large and comfortable. Breakfasts were cooked to order (eggs), with many other options available (continental). The only gripe I had was that the en-suite bathroom/shower/toilet was separated from the sleeping area with sliding glass doors - too personal and close to the sleeping area. They provided bottled water in the room every day. The WiFi was good. There's an in-room safe available. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area, transport options, etc. Highly recommended!"
