"A lot of switches and bulbs werent working, so we had to twist and replug to get things to work. Shower head very soap scummy, so water sprayed multiple directions. Pool nice and warm, but a slight slimy feel like the pH was a bit off. Towels nice and thick and plentiful. Bedding was so-so, with pillows not thick enough to provide proper neck support and mattress too firm for me, but comfortable for kids and husband. "The overall design and room amenities were very nice. I was very pleased they allowed me to check in early as I had work to do and the desk/table in the room was perfect. The only complaint I have is about the bed. It was not very comfortable and I have never seen such tiny pillows. Other than that, I really enjoyed the room. Most of the staff were very friendly and courteous. However, two of the desk clerks were fairly rude and dismissive. "
