"I loved the property from the time I checked in. It’s a beautiful building with aon-site options for dining. Extremely clean and charming. I loved the r&b that was playing each time that I came into the lobby area. All of the decor is modern. The moment I stepped into the suite, I was blown away by the layout from the price. "Loved the Sonder. The only issues were minor 1. original door code didn't work - but got a new one via chat on my phone in minutes 2. ductwork made a loud noise when the heat went on and off - but i got used to it after the first night Staff was WONDERFUL - great concierge staff, online support excellent, service staff excellent. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Philadelphia."

"It was nice having an apartment to move around in, rather than just a hotel room. Good closet space. I didn't use the kitchen except a couple of dishes for food brought in. The bed was comfortable. I didn't like the shower. The showerhead was not good. And the apartment was noisy because the bedroom backed the train tracks which were one block away. There was an empty lot right behind us so there was little to block the noise. "

"only reason this is lower is because i was a single female traveler. parking at night more then 3 blocks from the hotel is not safe for single females in philly. Also had issues with the only parking garage and parking spot hero trying (this is not the fault of expedia or the hotel!) just makes it frustrating trying to find parking not limited to 1hr on the street"

"This is a mixed review. On the whole,we were content. The property met our basi needs, checkin and check-out were easy. The loft was spacious and the unit has the basic unit amenities. There is also a large club space with a pool table and ping pong, and a well appointed gym. On the other hand, while the building annoints itself as a luxury complex, our unit was rather ordinary. "Walking up to the property coming from the train was a journey but once you get the idea of how convenient the train, trolley or Uber is it makes everything go smoothly. The hotel is situated in a great spot located downtown, next to Reading Station ( a galore of places to find food ( now honestly you have to be careful cause everything is not that good- the ice cream next by the soul Food spot is AMAZING, even the soul food spot is crazy( good) lines are long though and that should tell you something ! Once we came in to the hotel of course the policy is no check ins until 3pm but the staff generously offer to hold your bags with tags on them for when you return if you decide to leave and explore Philadelphia. Check in was smooth . Rooms were cool . Nothing too crazy. But when I tell you these 4 individuals makes your stay enjoyable . Tatianna, I believe Sara. The fire bar tender Samir and the amazing Angela!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I tell you hospitality at its finest- made the stay especially amazing because she informed us of all transportation, the area, where not to go , how to get some place , the AMAZING food spots. These individuals are what made the stay even better!!"

Fabulous

"Such a beautiful hotel with so many amenities. Room service breakfast was fabulous. Love the designer toiletries and the bath. Down comforter, fluffy robes and mini bar make this stay so luxurious. Check in process does take a while because staff seem to be trained to go over all the amenities in detail and there are so many. Everyone was so helpful and friendly."

"The customer service from the young lady in valet (Kim I believe that’s her name) to the front desk (Simon I believe that’s her name) was nothing short of amazing. I’m sorry I only semi remembered their names but even the young lady with the cute glasses at the bell hop station. The room was amazing and the view was even better! I will definitely be back and I’ve been telling everyone I know that the Loews Hotel is a must stay when in Philly!! Thank you all again so much! "
