"Once you arrive at the property you have to contact someone from the office because during the day nobody is there. During the night it is much better. Parking is limited."

"The staff is very helpful. Location is very good, everything in walkable distance. Wifi is very good. We were staying at the Ground Floor room, where there are noises from the drainage system in the building all the time. There is often cigarette smoke smell in the apartment which we have to open the window at all times. "

İçeride tabak kaşık vs. Herhangi bir şey yok.bunu bilerek hazırlıklı gelinebilir. Temizliği fena değil. Bir yıldız kırmamın sebebi banyodaki fayans bonbelenmilşti değişmesi gerekir diye düşünüyorum. "Prime İnn apartments is a great alternative for a family or group of friends. Two generous sized bedrooms and two bathrooms make for a comfortable stay. The living area is also comfortable and spacious. We came to Kayseri for skiing and the location is great for proximity to the mountains. Highly recommend "

"Far from Erciyes, we came for skiing, the apartments are new and very comfortable. Area is just apartment buildings , most of them empty stil. Mostly new buildings. Ok for a week and for ski holiday."

"Hotel mükemmel idi. Temizliği ve otantik havası ile ailecek kalınası bir yer. Sadece kahvaltının bitiş saati çok dakikti (saat 10 a kadar denmişti kahvaltı saati ve o saatte de sona erdi). Millet olarak o dakikliğe alışkın değiliz. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz. Gelecek yıllara da aynı özen ve dikkatle devam etmeniz halinde Türkiye çapında ününüze ün katarsınız... Böyle devam... "It’s a fare place for the money. It’s very basic but if you don’t need much it may be good for you. I arrived late, closer to midnight, and the hotel was locked. Luckily a woman from the cafe next to the hotel called the receptionist and treated me with a cup of tea while I was waiting. My room had no spare electrical sockets for charging my phone so I had to unplug the tv. English at the reception is very basic. There is no really parking at the hotel- it’s either a paid parking at a small lot nearby or along the streets as i had to do. I can’t say it was a bad experience, just make sure you have right expectations. "
