The phone number that was with the booking was supposed to be a helpdesk with the operator being anything but helpful. "Stayed over for a party a few miles away . No taxis around at all!! Room small but cosy. Bed comfy and bedding smelt fresh and clean. Could do with a deep clean. Stains on carpets, mould in shower, cowbeds on lamps and walls. Continental Breakfast you help yourself to. Very minimal and cheap goods. Ok for a one night stay and close to town. "

A 3 mile country road walk to the church where some of My ancestors are buried. The bonus was how welcoming the hosts were providing a hardy breakfast each morning and friendly chats.
