"The housekeeping service was great. The bed was comfortable. The room was dated. Bathroom sink has two separate faucets (one for cold and one for hot) making it difficult to wash. The water presurre in the shower was non exustent. Hotel should look into modernizing its washroom."

"Delivered on their promise of clean, basic accommodation within walking distance of the west end. Those expecting caviar dreams on a hotdog budget are out of luck. Good choice for a 2 (maybe) 3 nite stay close to the action. I felt comfortable and safe there my entire stay"

"The rooms were basic but clean. Breakfast is very busy. Hotel is very close to the underground also the No 9 bus is a great way to travel into central London. Highlight for us was Bugi’s the Singaporean restaurant. Great food. So good we went again for a second night. "

"Overall stay at Bailey’s was very lovely and cozy in nature. The hotel bar is beautiful and a great gathering place for friends, and the cocktails were fabulous! A few minor negatives were that the temperature in our room was quite warm no matter how we tried to control the thermostat and the bathtub side height and narrow nature was quite difficult to comfortably use. "Hotel is in a fab location. Rooms we had was very small, which I understand due to building age and dynamics. Staff were nice, breakfast. Was average, food was hot and tasted fine. Typical English breakfast, no real complaints. Found it strange there were no usb plugs in the room. ( minor for me). Most hotels do have them installed above plugs. Overall. A nice stay. "

Great businesses trip

"This was my third trip to this hotel in as mNt weeks, Love staying here as everything is first class, rooms are well serviced everyday, friendly staff, and an excellent restaurant. Only one negative - used the leisure facilities for the first time this trip. Decided to have a steam in the street room, there was definitely a fault, despite being sat as far away as possible from the steam generator, both by lower legs are burnt from the intense head, the water on the floor was so hot it was painful to even walk across the floor. Only really noticed the burns next day when showering. "
