The owner/managers of this hotel are very welcoming and gave everyone we saw a friendly welcome, assisting with dining reservations, advice on the local area and being very friendly whilst maintaining a discrete presence. They were very accommodating with my request to use a small portion of their fridge and freezer to keep my ice packs and butter cool. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. I definitely want to come back.

Walkable distance to Av of Champagne, very convenient, clean room, great and friendly service at reception. Room kind of noisy if you are staying on ground floor, but if you are like me it won’t bother you for long. Great value. Could definitely return.

Perfect value stay in Epernay.

Positioned 150 metres from the Avenue de Champagne, this is a perfect place to stay in Épernay. A great friendly welcome, free convenient parking and clean smallish but very comfortable rooms. Great value as well.

The hotel was comfortable and clean with very easy access to the champagne houses. Staff were very helpful. Value for money stay. The bistros and restaurants were all full and were quite rude when we asked if they had space for two, so make sure you book if you want to eat in Epernay.

Clean and simple ,small room but big enough for 2 people for 1 night ,pleasant staff, breakfast enough to travel on. Free parking and very easy access to the Avenue of Champagne makes it a good reasonably priced choice

It does what it needs to do. The location is brilliant. The staff were fab, it was a bit noisy within the hotel as the walls seemed thin.

Very helpful new owners.

Great service by the new owners. Very helpful and full of great ideas to improve our stay. Location worked very well for us. Breakfast was good and room was comfortable but needing a modest refurbishment which the new owners are starting soon.

Nice place to visit Epernay

Small room but very clean. Nice for 2 days stay. Close to champagne houses. Mercier just around the corner. Breakfast simpel but enough. Service correct and friendly

The front desk staff were wonderful. They helped us so much and gave us great recommendations. It was a bit cramped for the 6 people in two rooms but it was doable for our time in Epernay. The hotel is close to walk to the different tasting rooms but is not very kid friendly. No playgrounds in the area.
