"Slightly dated but lovely place to stay. The buffet was not fantastic but more than adequate. Staff very pleasant and attentive and well trained. Rooms are large and well equipped - except no tea or coffee facility in the room. I would highly recommend. "

"Very clean and well maintained, friendly staff. This property is in between Foz De Iguazu and Igauzu Falls. There is nothing shopping or restaurants at a walkable distance from this property. You need a car or some kind of transportation to go to Foz de Iguazu or to the falls. Fortunately Uber was very convenient. Even at 11:30 in the night we were able to get a Uber from a restaurant in Foz de Iguazu to this resort. "

"Staff provided outstanding services. It is in a quiet environment with a jungle-like set-up. Inclusion of breakfast in a buffet set-up was good with hot food items and fresh fruits. Check-in is at 2 pm; however, if you arrive early and would like to start sightseeing before check-in, the hotel has storage room where you can safely leave your luggage. "This hotel, resort, and casino is a fantastic place to relax, enjoy good food, and have a spa treatment. We stayed here for 2 nights. We toured Iguazu Falls for over 7 hours on our 2nd day in Puerto Igauzu, and this resort was a great place to relax, dine, and sleep for our brief time in Iguazu. The staff are amazing! SO friendly, kind, helpful. "

"We recently spent 2 nights at La Reserva Virgin Lodge and there were some good things and not so great things about the lodge. "I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. I picked it at random from available options for a 1 night stay. The hotel is beautiful! The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Great ambiance all around. The pool looked amazing, but it was raining the whole time I was there. 2 minute walk next door to the bird sanctuary, 5 minutes walk to the national park entrance, and a $2 uber ride from the airport. I really hope I can make it back for a longer stay!"
