"The property was neat and clean and has pretty much everything you need for a short stay. We came with our 9 month old and the host provided us a crib. There is no air conditioning or parking included but there are spots available for a fee. To park overnight we paid 10 CHF. "

"When I travel normally I don’t see my email ., so I got a couple of emails from the agency (I saw Them late),. But before I got all the information to get in etc ., it is a nice place ., but we were 6 3 adults and 3 teens ., as soon as I do the booking I put this complete information (6 Total) ., we don’t have enough beds to sleep that was an issue ,. Thanks god we’re 2 sofas and 2 of my kids rest there (they didn’t sleep well of course) ,. There were just 1 linen ,. But they survive ., The room...

"Apartment is big with a sizeable living and fully equipped kitchen complete with cutleries, knives , wine opener, a few saucepans , frying pans oven , microwave , fridgr and dishwasher . The bathroom is big, clean and looks newly renovated There is a bus stop 3 mins walk away which goes to the Lucerne central bus station which is very convenient. "

Nice hotel, great location.

" Lose to the railway station & the ferry piers, 2 minutes walk from the Chapel Bridge & other central Luzern attractions. The room was a reasonable size, bed comfortable. Towels seemed to be changed daily which was, in my opinion, unnecessary. Breakfast was a decent spread & tea & coffee were available 24/7. There was no fridge in the room, but a communual fridge was available in the breakfast room. The hotel also operated an honesty box system for cold drinks from this fridge. No aircon, as is normal for Switzerland, it had been hot before we got to Luzern & the room was rather stuffy, but they did provide a fan to try & get the air moving. Our room was up half a flight of stairs from the lift, whcih was not ideal as we had large suutcases, but we coped. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Everyone was so helpful and there was an entrance to the station/ platforms only few minutes away from the hotel. Our room had a view of Mt. Pilatus and had everything we needed except a kettle to boil water. We also felt that the room was a little bit smaller than we expected. Otherwise, we really liked the convenient location and great breakfast and the spanish dinner at their restaurant. "

"We booked last minute due to a scam air bnb and we were delighted with I is Budget!! I recommend 100% if you just want a clean, helpful, friendly, safe place to enjoy Lucerne from. Yes - the rooms are small and yes you don’t get the luxuries of non-budget hotels but it’s perfect! The price cannot be beaten for what you get. The breakfast is good: healthy, a variety, and plentiful. "
