"The property had a lot of charm, in a great location near the shops and restaurants in town and located right in the water. The grounds/gardens surrounding the property were well maintained and gave the hotel a wonderful feeling of being close with nature. "

"Amazing hotel, every room has a beautiful view and the staff are mega friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was really good quality and theres a free shuttle into Salcombe which is amazing."

"The atmosphere was very welcoming, as were the staff. The quality of food was excellent. The pool was really nice and encouraged me to get back into the water. Our view of the sea was excellent but even had we not had that, the hotel is very attractive and pleasurable and relaxing to be in. We enjoyed it very much."

"Lovely property, easy check-in and the staff were very helpful. Food was fantastic with the best yorkshire pudding i've ever had. Nice and peaceful room, a little on the hot side with no way to turn it down but with the window open, no issue. "

"Hotel was good, but a little tired, our only criticism was that our room never had a visit from house keeping on a daily basis, apparently you have to request it, unfortunately no one told us this. We would like to mention the receptionist, TRACEY who sorted a couple of problems we had efficiently and promptly, very pleasant throughout our stay "

"Woww is all i can i say about our stay. We had a fabulous night. Peter was just the best host ever. He has a wonderful caring nature and really delivered a wonderful experience. The hotel is gorgeous and probably the best comfortable room we have ever stayed in. To top it all off the breakfast was astounding with a huge selection of continental fare. My cooked English breakfast was beautiful as was my wife's eggs royale. I am so pleased we have found this gem of a place and plan to visit...

"Passage house apartments is always a comfortable stay. Though the rooms may be dated , I have never had any issues with comfort or things not working. WiFi very reliable. Staff always pleasant. And I can walk to the pub in 5 mins! "
