"The property location is great. You need a car. Around there are nice dining options and beaches. Property is relatively quiet though you can hear your neighbors very clearly. "It was great over all but you have to have a rental car. Basic but very good. Have the most beautiful beach on the island near by- Deep Bay Beach. There is a guy there on the beach that cooks you a fish that he just caught in the ocean. Also, there is a nice short but challenging track to Fort Barrington with a breathtaking view on the Bay. "

"We had the best time at Neem View. Our 2 bed apartment was spacious and well equipped. We loved the pool and used it many times over our 3 week stay. BUT the condo had not been cleaned properly - previous guest's toothbrush and other items were still in bathroom. The outside is just UGLY and the condo is WAY TOO FAR from the beach. Have to drive at least 5 mins to any amenities and the beach. Jolly Harbour is OK...but would not recommend staying there if you are not needing harbor access "
