"Cons- The family accomodation not suitable for more than 4 people with a max of 2 adults per stay. The towels were tiny, they were only big enough to wrap around my 5 year old son. The lift in the building was tiny and only big enough for 2 people. Pro-The apartment was easily accessible and the communication was excellent. The supermarkets were the next to the apartment which was great. The walk to the city was easy and close. "

"My studio deluxe apartment was perfect for a solo trip to snowboard in Andermatt. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated having different areas to relax, eat, and sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and cooking utensils to cook simple meals. The unit was spotless, and the finishes felt high quality and new. "When I travel normally I don’t see my email ., so I got a couple of emails from the agency (I saw Them late),. But before I got all the information to get in etc ., it is a nice place ., but we were 6 3 adults and 3 teens ., as soon as I do the booking I put this complete information (6 Total) ., we don’t have enough beds to sleep that was an issue ,. Thanks god we’re 2 sofas and 2 of my kids rest there (they didn’t sleep well of course) ,. There were just 1 linen ,. But they survive ., The room...

"The room was small with a balcony that had view to nowhere. but the room was very clean, beds were comfy and the bathroom was big and very clean. The kitchenette with dish washing machine and microwave made the room a cozy and handy place to stay."

"Great location in a historical building. Walkable to grocery and the lake/river tourist area. The building common area is a bit dated but look interesting if you like historical building. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace. The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan. The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area....

"Great kitchen with everything you need. Coop Supermarket was conveniently located next door. Had a river view, but was next to the train track and busy road. The surrounding area was up-and-coming, and not as clean as other areas in Luzern. Easy and quick to get to the city center. The bus stop was right in front of the apartment. "

"My hotel stay here was fantastic! I really enjoyed everything – the staff were great, the place was lovely, and the spa was delightful. It was a fraction of what I paid elsewhere in Engelberg and it was much nicer. Oh, and Viera at reception, she was incredibly lovely. It's these kind of experiences that truly make a difference!"

"Ameron has great location and it's very close to the train station and the Chapel Bridge. The hotel itself was nice and clean and the room includes good breakfast with big variety. However, there were two issues during our stay: 1) As a family of 4, we booked two rooms. The bathtub drain in one of the rooms (#523) didn't work and the on/off switch for the shower was broken. 2) The sensor of the hotel had problem on the night of New Year's Eve and the alarm went off 5 times at midnight which was...

Highly recommended hotel in Lucerne.

"We found Hotel Central Luzern to be a reasonably priced (relatively speaking) hotel in Lucerne with a lovely breakfast and comfortable rooms. It is very centrally located near the train station and ferry terminal, which was a real benefit not only for walking through the city and visiting other spots on this beautiful lake, but also since we used Lucerne as a hub for day trips to other cities in Switzerland, taking advantage of the excellent train service. Surprisingly quiet, and all the front desk folks were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The main elevator was not operational during our stay, but a tiny back-up elevator was available and all we needed to transport suitcases to our room and back. Highly recommended."
