"Tried to cancel thru the Expedia virtual service, several times, to no avail. Never stayed, rebooked to another location. When I booked, the location given in Maioli was behind a gas station in centre of town. 24 hours prior to arrival, I verified the address on Google map and it was outside the city, in the hills. Since I am cycling, I wasn't going to launch myself into the Taiwanese hills, after a day of cycling."

"This hotel was a new option for me this visit and I liked it. The location had quick access to downtown Hsinchu by walking 20 mins. The local train station was walking distance. As we were visiting company's south of the river this was an ideal spot as the traffic in the city is very busy. This hotel also had free self serve laundry which was a huge help on a long trip."
