"The staff was friendly and accomodating. I liked the set up for making tea. Everything was neatly arranged and the kettle was part of the set up. What I didn’t like was the wicker tray in the bathroom that the toiletries was in. It didn’t look clean. I would have preferred it to be on something that can be washed and look clean instead of something that had “white stuff” on it that might have been toothpaste or soap residue."

"I’d probably rate this as one of the top hotels in the whole country. Even compared to international standards, it still rates very well. Excellent food offering with several restaurants on site, price is at the very high end of the local price spectrum. Rooms are very well appointed, decorated to local styles, which may or not suit your tastes. The hotel has very high security, which I suppose is necessary given pakistans security situation. "I was staying for my work at visa seeker shuttle service. It was only 10 minutes away by car. Services were exactly as advertised. I wish they could add complimentary water on check-in. "

"I would have to say the staff are what make this place. Amazing customer services from all. Especially the managers and reception staff so helpful and supportive. I stayed 11 days in total. The only suggested improvement which is really minor is the bathroom could be upgraded. The room was excellent with lots of space. Well done keep up the good work and see you soon."
