room which was two interconnected rooms with balcony. Hotel was not busy and the pool was quiet and refreshing. 10 minute walk into centre but we took the 15 minute scenic route down to the bay and Along the seafront. Staff super friendly and helpful. Would return and highly recommend. Thanks to all that made our stay very enjoyable."

"This was our first trip to Crete and our first impressions were good - on arrival we were taken by buggy to reception from the car park, bags whisked away. Check in was very smooth with a welcome glass of bubbly. We were shown around the resort and taken to our room. This was a classic bungalow sea view - unfortunately there were a few issues with the room which were resolved over the first couple of days. "We were delighted with our 3 night stay and wish we had longer. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and facilites were spotlessly clean. The location is absolutely perfect and a very short walk to the water and the gorgeous tavernas for our evening meals. The pool area was perfect and very relaxing with drinks and food on offer. "The staff was very friendly and professional. The area around was beautiful. We had a pool which we shared with only one unit and an amazing view! Unfortunately, the room was quite outdated, and some things didn’t work the best. When we requested anything, it took a very unusual long time to get it or we would need to ask again after an hour or two. The food was great! We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner. "The location is amazing, got a beautiful view and nice swimming pool. The staff are very thoughtful and friendly, they have been well trained to provide high standard hospitality. The downside is the facility, the room is old and the noise isolation is none, you can easily hear every little noise from corridors and every little movement from upstairs, we have to wear earplugs all the nights to have a good sleep."
