" Very clean and nicely built modern property. We loved the design of the one bedroom apartment with dish washer, washer dryer, kitchenette, dining table, fridge and utensils. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed. Train station is 5 min walk and hotel gives transport card. Only issue is there is no direct phone line to the front desk. But overall an excellent experience. "

"I honestly wasn’t expecting a whole lot from our stay, we just needed a place to sleep for an early flight out of Geneva. We were so pleasantly surprised! The staff went above and beyond to help us with dinner options, pointing us to the small town a short walk away for a great restaurant. When we arrived back after dinner, we sat in the lobby bar and had drinks and visited with the bartender and the man from the front desk who checked us in and they were so fun and friendly. "Hotel location excellent - has bus stop right outside and close to supermarkets. Takes about 20mins to get into Geneva and same to get to the airport. Staff friendly and nice touch to see some games available, though we didn't make use of it. Room was spacious and clean, and well equipped, however, sofa bed mattress was a bit worn so felt lumpy. "LOCATION you cannot fault! So close to old town! But its showing its age & outside enviro not the most pleasant. It seems any big train station anywhere in the world display social issues of the city. If not for the closeness to old town, would rate it 3 stars at best. Annecy old town is amongst the prettiest places on earth I have been to & Ive been to many. Only good for 2-night stay max. Limited kitchen facilities. Room overall a bit dark to our liking."

"Lovely, quiet and dark for great sleeping. Very friendly and helpful multi-lingual staff. The suite was like a small apartment with a separate living room, (though not sound-separated), and an efficiency kitchen in the hallway. Great location for shopping, eating and strolling. " If you are visiting Geneva, but would like to stay in the outskirts, this is def the place to go! It is an hour away on the bus. There is the local tpg bus system that runs everyday. It is right around the corner. The area is very quiet and has all the basic amenities needed. It was perfect for a group of 5! "

"When it is 30 degres outside, it'll be 35 degres inside... no AC and poor quality fan. Mold in the bathroom and bathtub in horrible condition. If youre looking for cheap accommodation at a low cost, go for it. The property has a great potential but poorly managed.. and no one can help you friday after 12 and during the weekend. No opportunity to get an extra fan or your bathroom cleaned. 1 star all the way."

"Nice apartment, need a mirror in the bedroom and two chairs at the table. I wanted breakfast on Monday morning, got back late Saturday, reception was closed and not open all day Sunday so had a croissant at the supermarket at 12:00 pm 🙁🙁"

"Great location, over the road from the train station, 5 minute walk to the lake, tram stop right outside of the hotel to go elsewhere and shops within walking distance. hotel was lovely, rooms were clean and had everything we needed, the guy at reception was great, friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would definitely stay again "

"We stayed for a week and found the location to be really convenient as we didn’t have a car and were walking or using trains and buses. Hotel is really close to a nice CooP in the underground shopping mall which was handy for snacks etc. Didn’t try the breakfast in the hotel as it was quite expensive. Our welcome was good and no issues with our room which was very quiet on the 5th floor. One thing to note if travelling from another country is to check your travel adapter works in Switzerland. It isn’t the same as other European cities. "
