"The apartment was clean and comfortable and stocked with very basic necessities. The pool was great and parking was easy. The only issue is that they only give you one key fob to get around the building - like to the pool-which makes it difficult if not everyone in your party wants to go at the same time. "We loved our stay and the central / gated location was perfect! The view from all of the rooms balconies face the water to enjoy the sunset and it’s small enough to feel very private. Loved the bar restaurant, The Black Siren, next door! The service, food and drinks were perfect! Yes, it a bit dated but we knew that and it added to the fishing village vibe. We would definitely stay again! "

Beautiful, clean, great location!

"Beautiful hotel and great location! Within walking distance to Brickell City Center with shops and restaurants and also close to metromover to easily get to other areas of downtown like Bayfront Park. Room was clean and modern. Hotel has great amenities - pool, restaurant, bar, outdoor patio area. Would definitely stay here again and would stay longer. We were only there for one day before our cruise and it was convenient to get to the port in the morning (the hotel has a 3rd party shuttle service or can easily get an Uber/Lyft). "
