"Lovely hotel. Very Christmassy. Staff friendly and helpful. Only issue was bed was vv hard. Staff did put in mattress topper but still pretty uncomfortable."

"We loved the Palm Court and our Superior room. The pool and changing rooms need updating and making more space to put more loungers as there is nowhere to go after you have used the pool and sauna. The jacuzzi is too small for the size of the hotel and its clientele."

Ellesmere is a lovely little town with a mere, a canal and some proper pubs. Great walks and when we were there the church bell tower was open to the public. The views from the top of the tower were amazing
