Easy to check in, quiet location with the exception of the occasional train but only lasts a few minutes. breakfast was very nice and the kind person taking care of it all did an amazing job. Will definitely be staying there again.

The front desk crew were all very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean for the most part. The issue was the bathroom that is in dire need of refreshing. The tile floor and grout was very dirty. The walls have damage and stains, and the tub is tapered toward the center of the floor of the tub, so it's difficult to stand on. If the rooms were a little updated and the bathroom completely remodeled, it would be a very nice room overall.

Woke up at 2:30am with a bug crawling on my neck! Killed the bug and took it down to the front desk. We went to breakfast, then left our key cards at the front desk. Never heard from them! They had plenty of time to talk with us at breakfast or at check out or since then! Not a word! No apology, No refund, No free next time accommodation! Nothing!🙄
