Nikos, the owner, is so kind and helpful. "Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss. We will definitely stay here again."

"We only stayed here one nigth to break our stay before traveling to the other side of Kefalonia. It was perfect, just what we were looking for. "Hotel Anastazia. Was just wonderful! It was exactly what we wanted. A beautiful quiet, family run hotel. It was in Poros which whilst having everything you could wish for within waking distance was peaceful and calm away from some of the other busy areas. The hotel is beautifully clean, and run by the kindest and most attentive family. Anastazia herself was so welcoming and helpful . We really loved her. The room was lovely and the view from the balcony was incredible. The pool was a very tranquil place to spend our early evenings having a swim and a couple of drinks after a day of sightseeing. We loved this hotel and did not want to go home. Highly recommended "
