"This hotel has the hardest working workers i have ever met ! I would be scared of some of the workers though ! Housekeeping I observed talking behind someone's back which the other girl noticed and I felt so bad I tipped her a 20. Kayla was the housekeepers name and she needs to be wrote up for being so rude and she isn't friendly to guests at all smile more she needs too!.. however I want to give a shout out to Amy and Cindy and Michelle . "Great area. Great property. I used my digital key and was not aware that the breakfast was not included. There are no written signs or verbal instructions given at the time of breakfast. Had I checked in at the desk, I was told, the cost was advised. I checked so many properties online, I did not remember that it is stated on the website. Lesson learned! "

"In town for one night for kids sporting event. The room was mostly as described except the beds are not double but more like single and a half, so very tight for two people. I did try to request more pillows for the room, but was told they do not provide any additional pillows (first time ever I have been told this at any hotel) and the ones in the room were extra small, so I remove a star for this. The breakfast was above average for these types of hotels with someone to make omelets to order...

"This hotel was a great place to stay when my husband and I went to a concert at the Kemba. The restaurants and the concert was within a 15 min walking distance and that was a great location. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The only thing I would knock them for would be that they give you “complimentary” items when you arrive but then you actually receive a document that states you are paying for those same items. Otherwise, I would suggest staying here if you can. "

Excellent Much More Than Expected

"The Residence Inn was amazing. It was so much more than what I expected. We were there for 8 nights on local business. The room was spacious, desk, couch, bar counter with chairs. The bathroom had a great shower with lots of water pressure. Large TV that swiveled in all directions. Laundry facilities. No oven. It had a cook top, microwave, everything you need to cook. I loved the gym, pool, breakfast. There was security in the parking lot all night. They did not charge for my little dog to stay with us. There is field that he loved to run in. "

"I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed for the weekend with my partner and since I walked in staff were really friendly and welcoming. Our room was nice and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Everything was great but the shower didn’t look like it was fully cleaned. Overall great experience and I would definitely stay here again. "
